Life balance Pilates offering small friendly Mat Pilates classes in Surrey with regular members getting beneficial one on one teacher attention, maximum of 10 people per class. Classes are mixed abilities for all ages, male and female, ranging from beginners to elite athletes.
Pilates is a complete exercise method developed by its founder, Joseph Pilates, who dedicated his lifetime to improving physical and mental health. Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition, low impact, stretching and conditioning exercises thereby developing an awareness of how your body works, by helping the mind and body to work in harmony.
Monday’s 6pm, 7pm & 8pm
Thursday’s 6pm and 7pm.
Classes are 55 minutes and run during school term time, typically 6 or 7 weeks.
£8.50 per session payable in advance if block booking 6 or more consecutive weeks.
£9.50 per session payable in advance if block booking for the term with specific dates away (maximum of 2 weeks).
£12 drop in / Pay as you go
One to one sessions available, including postural assessment and exercise plan at £40 per session
Thursday's 8pm, 30 MINUTE CLASS: Price £5 pay as you go.
Tuesday’s 7.30pm Pilates Beginners / Intermediate level: £12 / £48 for 4 week term.
Unused / missed classes; if you have prepaid and miss a class, you are welcome to attend a different class in the current term space permitted. No classes are to be carried forward or refunded, discretion will be applied in certain circumstances.
