Life balance Pilates offering small friendly Mat Pilates classes in Surrey with regular members getting beneficial one on one teacher attention, maximum of 7 people per class.
Pilates is a complete exercise method developed by its founder, Joseph Pilates, who dedicated his lifetime to improving physical and mental health. Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition, low impact, stretching and conditioning exercises thereby developing an awareness of how your body works, by helping the mind and body to work in harmony.
One to one sessions available, including postural assessment and exercise plan at £40 per session
Unused / missed classes; if you have prepaid and miss a class, you are welcome to attend a different class in the current term space permitted. No classes are to be carried forward or refunded, discretion will be applied in certain circumstances.
